New Service and Maintenance Agreement Download Available For ACCA Members

September 21, 2015

ACCA, the Indoor Environment & Energy Efficiency Association, recently added a new Residential Service and Maintenance Agreement Download to its Business Forms & Templates library at www.acca.org. This new download is just one of the over 100 downloads that ACCA has available exclusively for its members.

The Residential Service and Maintenance Agreement form is a basic agreement for contractors to use as a starting point when developing their own form. The form is fully customizable, so that contractors can add their company name, logo, and contact information. ACCA encourages its members to add, delete, and adjust this basic form to fit their individual needs and to consult with their own legal counsel if there are particular legal needs regarding the document.

"Service and maintenance agreements are the bread and butter of most successful contracting businesses in the U.S., because they fill the void in work that mild weather creates," said Paul T. Stalknecht, ACCA president & CEO. "To help our members create solid service and maintenance plans, ACCA worked with top contractors to develop this form. Now our members have a starting point when developing their program paperwork. It's benefits like this that save our members time and provide them with valuable resources that make them more profitable and professional."

ACCA members can download the Residential Service and Maintenance Agreement form from the Business Forms & Templates library at www.acca.org by selecting Downloads under the Member Services menu.
